RESEARCH GrOup IN InnovaTION
The primary mission of the Innovation research group is to promote research into the effects of R&D and innovation on economic growth and welfare. The group’s research is applied in nature and its objective is to generate knowledge that is both useful for society and which guides the design of public policies. The group’s work focuses on the study of the determinants and outcomes of business and industry R&D+i and of university-industry relations and on the evaluation of innovation policies.
The group, coordinated by Dr. José García-Quevedo, provides support to the activities of a group of researchers, including both its own and associate members, and is keen to incorporate young researchers.
